Dionysia NEW CD and DVD

UPDATE 5/24/06

Our DVD Title "Laid Back" is a live recording of our performance at the Sheldon Concert Hall March 1st, 2005. The DVD is complete and will be released at the Sheldon June 16.

In our efforts to promote our new DVD we will be playing some "Laid Back" sets across town in some smaller venues. "Laid Back" means, not quite acoustic, not quite full blow loud and electric, just some where in the middle. These sets will be mixed with Dionysia's original material, some cover music, and some instrumentals. Look for these to be different from our normal sets.

Dionysia has, was hoping to have the "Mentality" CD released by now but our engineer, Jason McEntire was put on hold for 5 months. We could have brought our project to another engineer but we feel that Jason is the best in St Louis. We would rather wait the additional time than record with someone else. Jason engineered our 1st full length CD "Music, Wine, and Mischief". In the next two months we should finish recording and will release "Mentality" near the end of summer.

UPDATE 3/19/2006 (Listen to "So High")

Ok, guys...we are running behind schedule on the new CD "Mentality", but it is coming along and should be finished Summer of 2006. If you want a taste click here to listen to "So High".

The good news is the DVD Dionysia "Laid Back" is complete. Now all we have to do is burn and package. We are looking at a June to have a DVD Release Party at the Sheldon Concert Hall...so get ready.

UPDATE SOMETIME in 2005

We are currently in the studio working on our 2nd Full Length CD entitled "Mentality" This CD features 14 new originals, and is to be released Fall of 2005.

Also, we have broken ground on our latest DVD/CD, Dionysia "Laid Back" at the Sheldon Concert Hall, recorded live March 1st 2005. Look for the release in 2006.

Be sure to watch Midcoast Mania Friday nights (Sat Mornings) on Channel 4 KMOV at 1:30am. You can tune in to see your favorite St Louis Bands playing live at some of the hottest venues in the area.
